Board and Open Board Meetings
The Board of Directors holds one annual open meeting and monthly closed meetings (meaning the residents do not attend). The record of these meetings are recorded in the minutes and posted to homeowner accounts through Ciranet Homeowner Portals. Periodically, the Board will hold special meetings to address the public and will allow residents to attend. Questions from the community are addressed during these meetings in addition to the typical monthly meeting events.
