PAVILION PARTY RULES & REGULATIONS

 

Parties are allowed at the pavilion/pool as follows:

    • Monday through Friday
        • Anytime during operating hours
        • Pool and pavilion access
      • 30 people maximum
    • Saturday & Sunday
        • Anytime during operating hours
        • Pool and pavilion access
      • 30 people maximum except from 12pm to 4pm during which time the maximum is 15 people
  • No Parties are Allowed on Holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day)

Parties are limited to a three (3) hour maximum with 30 mins before and after for setup and cleanup.

All guests are subject to all posted pool rules.

Key Fob use is required at all times.  The pool gate and bathrooms should not be held open at any time.  

You are responsible for all clean up including removing all trash.  

Rental Fee:   $45

Payment may be made via CASH, CHECK OR MONEY ORDER  made payable to Myers Mill HOA.
